• Custom-Made Fashion Jewelry: If your order includes custom-made or personalized jewelry, please allow additional time for production and processing before shipping. The estimated production time will be communicated to you separately.

If an item in your order is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available, choose a different item, or cancel the backordered item.

Thank you for shopping at MallJewelryStore.com! We strive to provide you with beautiful and high-quality fashion jewelry. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are considered final except under the specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only under the following strict conditions:

• Defective Items: The item must be demonstrably defective upon receipt. This includes manufacturing defects such as broken clasps, missing stones, or significant damage incurred during shipping. Slight variations in color or size are not considered defects.
• Incorrect Item Shipped: You received an item different from what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Items Not in Original Condition: Items that have been worn, resized, altered, damaged (other than initial shipping damage), or are missing their original tags and packaging.
• Sale Items: All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.
• Custom or Personalized Orders: Any jewelry that has been customized or personalized in any way is non-returnable.
• Items Purchased After 14 Days: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions.

Return Process:

If you believe your item meets the strict return criteria outlined above, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@malljewelrystore.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Requests made after 7 days will be denied.

The following information must be included in your return request email:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item
• A detailed description of the issue

Once your return request is approved, we will issue an RA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.   

Refunds/Exchanges:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it thoroughly. If the item is deemed defective or incorrect, as claimed, we will, at our discretion, either:

• Exchange: Exchange the item for the same item or an item of equal value. If the desired exchange item is not available, store credit will be issued.
• Store Credit: Issue a store credit for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Store credit must be used within [Number] days.
