You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To maintain the high quality of our collection, items must meet specific eligibility criteria to be accepted.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following strict conditions:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unresized, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, these are final sale.

  • Custom/Personalized Pieces: Any jewelry tailored specifically for you.

  • Sale Items: All discounted items are considered final sale.

  • Past the Window: Requests made after the 14-day mark will not be honored.


How to Process Your Return

  1. Request an RA: Email support@malljewelrystore.com within 14 days. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept packages without this number clearly marked on the exterior.

  3. Shipping: We will notify you if your item qualifies for a prepaid shipping label. If not, we recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost transit.

Final Inspection

Upon receipt, our team will inspect the jewelry. If approved, we will issue a Store Credit (minus the applicable restocking fee) or facilitate an Exchange for a piece of equal value.
