How to Process Your Return

Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept packages without this number clearly marked on the exterior.

Shipping: We will notify you if your item qualifies for a prepaid shipping label. If not, we recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost transit.
Final Inspection
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the jewelry. If approved, we will issue a Store Credit (minus the applicable restocking fee) or facilitate an Exchange for a piece of equal value.
